Beggars can’t be shoesers

As requested, here are pics of the shoes we came away with.

This is the neutral shoes with the velcro. I think they look kind of like a low-top hiking shoe.

These are the pink and gray ones. The gray part is sort of a sweatshirt-type material, and the pink is very fleecy. Definitely different from most shoes I’ve seen.

I didn’t mention these, but we got these light pink shoes for her one-year-old pictures since she didn’t have any dressier shoes. Since they’re just for pictures, I didn’t worry about the lace thing (besides which, how many dressier shoes have laces anyway?), but I think the strap will keep the shoes on her feet just fine for the amount of time we’ll need. I’d like to share that I got these on clearance for $2.11 with tax, definitely my best deal of the day.

May I compliment you on staging of the shoes?

Personally, I LOVE her “dressy” ones, lace or no. But I have a bit of a shoe “problem” myself, so I can’t be trusted to buy sensible shoes. :)

Super cute! Finding shoes is SO hard, so I am impressed that you found three pair! Where did you find them???

I found the first two pair at Babies R Us, and the “dressy” shoes came from Old Navy.
