Our Rudolph

As requested, here’s Baby B ready for her daycare party performance of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.” It’s the best pic (she’s about to hug her former infant room teacher) I got since she wouldn’t stand still the whole night. No surprise there; that’s the norm, of course.

And oh my goodness is she obsessed with Rudolph now! She calls him “Ahlf.” Or just “Deer.” We were at Walgreens the other day and I found a little stuffed Rudolph that I was going to sneak into the shopping cart and buy as a stocking stuffer for her, but she saw it and it was all over. Usually I have self-control and won’t give her something like that immediately, but since Rudolph is pretty seasonal, I figured I’d go ahead and let her have it. She slept with him tucked in her arm last night. She wants him to sing (like her Learning Puppy) when she goes to bed. She loves him.
